Emmanuelle Provost has been a resident of Laval since 2019 and is the mother of two children. Deeply rooted in her community, she is a special education teacher who holds a bachelor’s degree from the Université de Montréal and has dedicated her career to fostering inclusion and supporting the success of all students.
Her commitment to the local community is both concrete and meaningful. She serves as Chair of the Parent Association at Le Petit-Prince School, sits on the School Governing Board, and serves as a Director of CPE Pirouette. These experiences, grounded in the daily realities of families, have strengthened her determination to advocate for practical, people-centred, and accessible municipal policies.
Guided by the values of community engagement, inclusion, and social justice, Emmanuelle seeks to broaden her contribution by representing all generations within the Mouvement lavallois and across Laval. She firmly believes in a green, modern, and responsive city where every resident can feel represented and empowered to participate in collective decision-making.
