Flavia Alexandra Novac holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Her master’s research focused on comparing the career paths of racialized and non-racialized women.
With strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen sense of organization, Flavia secured an internship with Bombardier, where she contributed to the development of diversity- and inclusion-focused strategies. She also served as Director of Human Resources at a consulting and marketing agency.
Having grown up in Sainte-Rose, Flavia is committed to continuing the projects and initiatives entrusted to her. A highly motivated individual who is constantly seeking innovative ideas, she maintains an ongoing dialogue with local residents to better understand their perspectives and needs. Her goal is to foster inclusion and enhance the well-being of her fellow citizens.
