Flavia Alexandra Novac holds a master\u2019s degree in organizational development from HEC Montr\u00e9al and a bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing and communications from Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al. Her master\u2019s research focused on comparing the career paths of racialized and non-racialized women.<\/p>\n
Gifted with strong communication skills, meticulousness and a keen sense of organization, she managed to secure an internship at Bombardier, where she developed strategies focused on diversity and inclusion. She was also Human Resources Manager in a consulting and marketing agency.<\/p>\n
A native of Sainte-Rose, Ms. Novac aspires to maintain the momentum initiated by city councillor Virginie Dufour in the district.
