Carole St-Denis is a communications professional and a graduate of Algonquin College. She also holds a certificate in Leadership and Management Skills from the Montr\u00e9al Leadership Institute.<\/p>\n
From 2020 to 2025, she served as Executive Director of the Table r\u00e9gionale de concertation des a\u00een\u00e9s de Laval (TRCAL), a network of nearly 60 organizations. In this role, she effectively brought forward the issues affecting Laval\u2019s seniors to various levels of government and contributed to actions and decision-making aimed at enhancing the well-being of the population. Drawing on a career spanning nearly 20 years in radio and television broadcasting, she also worked in business development and major account management for a Laval-based company. With extensive experience in collaboration and stakeholder mobilization, she champions a solution-oriented approach to teamwork. Known for her inclusive leadership style and strong listening skills, Carole stands out for her rigour, integrity, professionalism, and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n
A dynamic and committed community leader, her curiosity and drive for excellence have also led her to undertake pilot training, complete an internship in international politics in Bolivia, and leave a lasting mark on numerous Laval organizations through her volunteer involvement. These include the Laval-Nord Sports Association, serving as Chair of the Civilian Committee of the 2649 Salaberry Cadet Corps, Chair of the Governing Board of Villemaire School in Sainte-Rose, and leading the implementation of the \u00c9cole R\u00e9flexe A\u00een\u00e9 program at \u00c9quinoxe Elementary School\u2014the first initiative of its kind in Laval\u2014where she serves as a parent representative.<\/p>\n
Having lived in Laval for more than 20 years, Carole has developed a strong sense of belonging to both her neighbourhood and her city.
